The new method: Migrants crossing the borders by using water jet skis

Migrants trying to reach Europe, have found a new effective way to cross the borders illegally: By using small and fast ski jets.

By paying of professional smugglers and human traffickers, with figures up to €10,000 per person, immigrants can now jet ski their way into Europe via the Mediterranean Sea from Morocco in North Africa, by illegally crossing the coastal borders of Spain.

According to Remix News, the method is so effective, that the Spanish coast guard have difficulties to detect the small and fast speed jet skis on the radar. This makes it difficult to arrest both the traffickers and the illegal migrants.

Migrants that have arrived via jet skis in the last couple of weeks has multiplied, according to sources from the Spanish coast guard, El Confidencial reports.
